Usage: Take about 10 ml of Karpooradi Thailam in a bowl. Place the bowl in warm water and check the temperature before applying, especially for children. Rub generously on the chest, back, neck, and mildly along with the sinuses. Follow with warm steam inhalation or apply a hot compress. To make a compress, place a handful of mustard seeds in a muslin cloth and tie the ends to make a potli. Gently warm the potli over a dry pan until it becomes slightly warm. Check the temperature of the potli before applying. Place this warm compress over the sinuses, chest, back, and neck. For even better results, rub Karpooradi Thailam on the sole to help reduce congestion at night and enjoy uninterrupted sleep.
