- Use as part of your daily skin moisturizing routine.
- Start with clean dry skin. Take 2-4 ml of Eladi Keram and gently massage on your face and neck in upward circular motion. Leave it on for at least 30 mins to 1 hour before washing it off.
- If using as a body lotion or moisturizer, take 5-10 ml as desired and massage it in a circular motion to allow deep hydration and moisturizing effect.
- The oil can be used for all skin types. Use daily or as recommended by your Ayurveda practitioner.
