Mr. Ramesh Vangal assumed charge as Director of the Company with effect from 24th January 2006. He is an experienced and successful Professional with demonstrated leadership in promoting and growing the Business. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Scandent Group and Katra Group. He was Chairman of Seagram Asia Pacific and President, Asia Pacific for PepsiCO Foods, and a Member of PepsiCo’s Worldwide Executive Council. He also served the Board of Infosys Technologies Limited.

Dr. K. Anil Kumar

Executive Director

Dr. K. Anil Kumar, an eminent Ayurvedic Practitioner from Kerala, is the Executive Director of Kerala Ayurveda Limited. He is on the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) – the Apex Body of the Government of India for the Indian System of Medicine, as an Elected Member. He has been the President of the Ayurvedic Medical Association of India and is a Former Joint Secretary of the Ayurvedic Drug Manufacturers’ Association of India. He is currently an Executive Member of the Ayurvedic Medicine Manufacturers Organization of India.

Mr. Anand Subramanian

Mr. Anand Subramanian is professionally qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has worked with Arthur Andersen and involved in Taxation and Corporate Advisory services. Subsequently he joined Infosys td and later to RSM & Co, Chartered Accountants. He is involved in financial planning and strategic initiatives of the Company.

Mr. Samir Dhawan

Mr. Samir Dhawan is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in diverse industries, including high-tech equipment manufacturing for the oil and gas sector, nutraceuticals, and defense products. As a key figure in the "Sara Group of Industries," he has played a pivotal role in steering the organization towards innovation, quality control, and international expansion. He currently holds leadership positions in multiple companies, including Sara SAE Pvt. Ltd., Plant Herbs Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., and Star Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., where he oversees strategic initiatives, technical operations, and business growth

Mr. Kshiti Ranjan Das

Mr. Kshiti Ranjan Das has had an illustrious 35-year career at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), serving in various capacities and contributing to several key projects. His tenure included significant leadership roles, such as heading the RBI regional offices for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, and overseeing central banking functions during the crucial period of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana's separation. He was instrumental in handling the critical debt waiver issue in both states and led innovative initiatives, including the implementation of tax receipt processes on the Core Banking Solution platform for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, as well as the e-receipt portal for Karnataka's Commercial Tax Department.

Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath

Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath is an internationally renowned Ayurvedic scholar, author, researcher, and educator with over two decades of Ayurvedic clinical experience in India and the U.S. He is currently the CEO and Academy Director of Kerala Ayurveda USA and President of National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). Under his leadership Kerala Ayurveda USA recently received an award “Top Alternative Medicine Company 2023” by Pharma Tech Outlook. His recently published research is on an herbal composition for the management of metabolic syndrome disorders such as type 2 diabetes mellitus, obesity, and lipid profile management which received a US Patent. He is the author of the award-winning book on patenting- The Parent's Complete Guide to Ayurveda: Principles, Practices, and Recipes for Happy, Healthy Kids (2022). “Dr. J,” as his students call him for short, is a compassionate healer and educator, devoted to the mission of propagating the consciousness-based practice of Ayurveda across the globe.

Mrs. Shilpa Kiran Gududur

Mrs. Shilpa Kiran Gududur is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has over 18 years of work experience in various industries. She is presently practicing since August, 2011 as a Company Secretary and is a regular speaker at various institutions. In the past, her association with corporates includes working with Mfar Constructions Pvt Ltd , GNB Technologies (India) Pvt Limited and ING Vysya Bank Ltd. She is a commerce graduate from University of Mumbai, an LLB Graduate from Bangalore University and Masters in Business Law from the prestigious National Law School, Bangalore and she has also excelled academically being a college topper in all three years of her Graduation in Mumbai and was topper of her batch while pursuing her Masters in Business Law in National Law School, Bangalore. She is Registered as an Insolvency Professional and also as Registered Valuer in Securities & Financial Assets. She is Vice President – Education of Bangalore Valuers Association.

Mr. Rajesh Sharma

Rajesh Sharma is a well-known resident of Jammu with deep roots in the society. He has actively contributed for the well-being of his people and is associated with various charitable causes. He has been active at the industry level and has espoused the cause of the development of Jammu and Kashmir on various platforms. He is currently serving as Co-Chairman of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), J&K, and is also a past Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), J&K. He is actively setting up industrial plants in Jammu and has been associated with various multinational Companies like PepsiCo, Wrigley, Parle, Punjab MilkFed, Samsonite, etc. He has been a Logistic Service Provider for over 30 years and is doing sales and marketing of juices and packaged drinking water under his own brands. His operations are spread over J&K, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and Chandigarh
